To unlock the full potentials of agriculture to diversify the economy, government should create the enabling environment, enact relevant policies, laws and give incentives to farmers.
Industrializing the agriculture sector is key if we really want to move forward. For industrialization to take place in the sector, it must happen in all the sub-sectors.
