Job Title: Sales Executive-Medical Device (FMCG)

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Sale Executive who will plan, implement sales strategies and also generated and in the assigned region.
  • Create and drive sales of medical oral care products in key market locations, and effectively promote sales and meet business targets among the channels of distributions.
Summary of Job Functions
  • Responsible for generating sales and maintaining existing clientele for silvercare, piave, isodent range of tooth brushes and oral care products.
  • Responsible for prospecting supermarket, distributors, customers, and creating and fulfilling their orders, receive payments for orders, manage clientele portfolio,
  • Manage re-order levels along the sales pipeline
  • Provide and ensure timely territory reporting to business head.
  • Engage in marketing campaigns designated for target territory.
  • Identify new markets for distribution within designated territory.
  • Ensure all supplies are made, new customers emerge and closes business transactions within the territory
  • Furnish the head office with relevant local issues and competitor tactics to ensure appropriate action is taken.
Person Specification/Skills
  • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc.
  • Not more than 35 years of age.
  • Proven 2 years working experience in sales and marketing of medical devices/Pharmaceuticals (FMCG)
  • Driving experience with a valid driver’s licence
  • Candidate must reside on the mainland
  • Advance computer skills (Microsoft packages)
  • Not more than 35 years of age
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Polite and friendly.
  • Persuasion skills
  • Candidates must have good communication and presentation skills and be result oriented.
  • Team player, creative, audacious, positive, ambitious.
